STOXX and ICE Partner to Launch Fixed Income Climate Indices
STOXX Ltd., a subsidiary of ISS STOXX and a leading provider of index solutions, has teamed up with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) to introduce a new suite of fixed income climate indices. The collaboration, announced on June 2, leverages ICE’s pricing, reference data, and index calculation services alongside STOXX’s proprietary data and index design expertise.
Axel Lomholt, General Manager at STOXX, emphasized the partnership’s role in meeting market demand for sustainable investment products in the bond market. Chris Edmonds, President of ICE Fixed Income and Data Services, highlighted the synergy between STOXX’s sustainability methodologies and ICE’s fixed income pricing capabilities, creating robust benchmark products for global investors.
